Booking Terms and Conditions

BAT Packs, & Pay as You Go Services

Payment for all BAT Packs and Pay as You Go Services are due at the time of booking.

Pre Payment is available via Paypal or you may pay by cheque made out to ‘Marie- Claire Goyer’ and posted to same at 13 High Street, Haslemere Surrey. GU27 2HG.

 

 

Refunds and Administration Charges

In the event of cancellation of a pre paid Pay as You Go appointment with no immediate reschedule the following terms apply:
Up to 1 week notice: Full Refund minus £5.00 to cover administration costs.
Up to 24 Hours notice: 50% Refund minus £5.00 to cover administration costs.
Less than 24 Hours notice: No Refund.

In the event of cancellation of a pre paid, entire ‘BAT Pack’ purchase before any sessions take place the following refund terms apply:
Up to 1 week notice:  Full Refund minus £10.00 administration costs.
Less than 1 week notice: 50% Refund minus £10.00 administration costs.

In all cases, immediate rescheduling incurs no charges.

In the event that a session is canceled by Capable Canines Ltd, we will do our best to reschedule as soon as mutually convenient, otherwise a full refund will be provided.

Workshops and Seminars

Payment for all Workshops and Seminars are due at the time of booking.  Online Payment is available via Paypal by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button on the event page, and will incurr a 3.5% + .20p surcharge to cover the tranaction cost.

You may also pay by cheque made out to ‘Marie Claire Goyer’ and posted to same at 13 High Street, Haslemere Surrey. GU27 2HG.

Ticket Allocation, Joining Instructions and Handouts

Tickets and joining instructions will be sent via email within 3 working days of payment.  We will use the email provided by PayPal, or as nominated by yourselves via check or bank transfer payment.

Ticket Transfer

You may transfer your ticket to another delegate up to 1 month prior to the event, but you MUST notify Capable Canines Ltd in writing, and provide the new delegates details as appropriate. After this date, ticket transfer may occur but we may not be unable to provide an attendance certificate/name badge to the new delegate.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be provided at all Capable Canines Workshops and Seminars.  These will include Tea, Coffee, Cold Drinks, Light Snacks and/or Lunches as appropriate. With notice, we are more than happy to arrange special diets.

Dogs in Attendance

Unless stated on the event page, dogs may not attend Workshops and Seminars and Capable Canines Ltd will not accept any liability, blame or responsibility should you chose to bring your dog regardless.

For Workshops and Seminars where dogs will be present the following terms apply.

  • Dogs must be fully insured with public liability insurance.
  • For events where there will be puppies or senior dogs in attendance all dogs must carry an up to date vaccination certificate signed by a Veterinary Surgeon.
  • All dogs must be kept on lead when on Workshop or Seminar grounds.
  • All dogs must be under owner supervision at all times when on Workshop or Seminar grounds.
  • Owners will take full responsibility for their dog’s behaviour at all times and clean up after their dog using the appropriate bins.
  • Owners will be responsible for any damage to Workshop or Seminar grounds caused by their dog.
  • Delegates will honour the dog and give them space where appropriate.

Refunds and Administration Charges

In the event of cancellation of a Workshop or Seminar place by the delegate, the following terms apply:

Up to 2 months notice: Full refund minus £10.00 to cover administration costs. Cancellation must be sent in writing via email to capablecaninesltd@gmail.com or via our Contact form within the specified time frame.

Cancellation of your ticket after this point will not be eligible for a refund unless your place can be resold.

Capable CaninesLtd reserves the right to cancel an event due to low ticket sales. If the event is cancelled by Capable Canines Ltd then a full refund for the ticket(s) will be provided as soon as possible. We regret that we are unable to provide compensation for any other expenses incurred such as travel bookings, hotel deposits, etc.

Final Disclaimer

Capable Canines Ltd reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
