This event has now past. Keep your eyes on our main page for details of upcoming events:)

Join us as we welcome Tellington TTouch Companion Animal Practitioner  P1 Kelly Cordell-Morris for a fascinating hands on weekend exploring this kind and respectful way of working with animals.

What is Tellington TTouch?
TTouch recognises an inextricable link between posture and behaviour and uses body work, ground work exercises (where appropriate) and specific equipment to release tension and to promote a feeling of calm and well being.  This in turn helps animals develop self confidence and self control and enables them to move beyond their instinctive (often fearful) responses.

What will I learn on this weekend?
Day One will focus on Basic TTouch protocols including observation of tension patterns and what these can tell us, basic bodywork, wraps and groundwork. Other topics may be explored depending on group dynamics.

Day Two will focus on the Senior Dog and how TTouch can help maintain mobility, reduce stress and keep their minds active.

Can I bring my dog?
If you have booked as a Full Participant place then yes!   This is a hands on workshop, so you may bring one non reactive dog who is happy to be working around strange dogs and people.  Your dog should also be able to chill on his or her own during the lectures/down time.  This can be in a crate in the hall (please bring your own) or in another suitable place.
We regret that due to space constraints only Full Participants may bring a dog.

Can I ‘borrow’ a dog if mine is reactive?
Yes.  We have helper dogs available if you would like to attend as a Full Participant but are not sure how your own reactive dog would cope.
